Cleaning Fees: $100.00 per rental (additional fee)

Cancellations & Refunds: Before 30 days of arrival 70% of rental price refunded. Renter forfeits 30% of rental agreement price.

Pet Fees & Information: Additional $75.00 for 1 dog, Additional $25.00 for second dog. Maximum of 2 dogs with weight limit of 60 pounds.

All properties - renters are responsible for all damage that occurs during their occupancy of their rental dates. Damages acquired by pets or persons.

You Need to Know

Non-refundable 30% of rental fee is required at time of reservation. Remaining 70% of rental fee is acquired at time of check-in unless otherwise notified. See additional information of cancellation and refund policy.

Government- issued photo identification and credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests may not be guaranteed.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, and a smoke detector.
