About Your Host
Charles Pennycuff, the owner and operator of Eastpoint Vacation Rentals, arrived in Eastpoint in February 1971 at the age of 17. He and his wife, Lina, relocated from the state of Tennessee and have made Eastpoint their home for the majority of their lives. Celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, they've been fortunate to raise their two children in this charming town. Their son, Rex, manages the family business, Fisherman's Choice, while Rex's wife, Jamie, works in insurance at a local agency. Their daughter, Natasha, is a dedicated third-grade teacher. Charles takes pleasure in fishing expeditions with his grandson, Braylin, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
Throughout his journey in Eastpoint, Charles has engaged in various occupations, from oystering and oyster shucking to crabbing, shrimping, fishing, and even boat building. He cherishes the many cherished memories created alongside the community and friends who have become an integral part of their home.
